Travelling theologian and lecturer Donald R. Welborn is recognized for his grassroots research in many modern topics from an early biblical perspective.

The requirements for this site's design were that it must:

• be viewable by everyone in all resolutions and browser types
• be cleanly organized
• not be graphic intensive
• not be bandwidth intensive
• be conducive to large amounts of textual content

The result was a high-contrast site that is viewable from 640x480 upward, and uses only one color: dark blue.
